It had been FORMALLY STATED very clearly.
There was ZERO room Left for interpretation.

1st do note that after 3 demands and 10 days I finally received what is supposed to be a QUARTERLY REPORT.
What I received was a summary for the last 6 months. WHY?
To make it more difficult to decipher.
Notice that there is no introduction with an apology, explanation or excuse as to why HE/THEY intentionally "Lost" me OVER $180,000 of my money.
After refusing me Reat-Time information as to what was happening with MY MONEY ??
There are numerous item lines also missing. On the SUMMARY PAGE.
Plus fees? He expects me to PAY HIM for ignoring me and then "Losing me" $180,000.00+ ??
AND his (mine and my mothers former) for getting me info I should have already been given and kept aware of, let alone input to or oversight.
Also note that HE did NOT sign the purposefully late and padded July 10, 2022 "statement"

As you can clearly see, this Account was being actively traded since 1983 until my Mother died.
This is the balance after being AGAIN dragged into ANOTHER easy to see, oncoming crash and "loosing" an untold amount during the Housing Market Bubble Collapse of 2008
Then something else happened. I do not know what, or when because I have been refused answers or access to my accounts to figure it out for myself.
What I can say is that the AgB Trust #1 was intentionally decimated and possibly pilfered.
What difference will it make was my response...
The market is going to take a major hit if not collapse altogether...
We already saw the first wave and I "lost" $180,000+ in just the 1st 6mos of 2022.
