I have been digging into the 990 forms for the An & Pearl G BARNETT Foundation.
Am exhausted. 2001-2021. 20 years worth of annual filings.
8 hours a day all this week.
This my first time looking at one of these, let alone 20.
Am learning many wonderful things about my mother that I never new before.
Her passions, her interests and causes she supported, opportunities she wanted to provide and suffering she wanted to end.
Both pro and con, patterns emerge when diving into two decades of these.

No wonder I was kept at arms length or "six feet away from the piano" while Mr. Lewendowski tuned my mothers 1952 Steinway Grand Piano that now resides at Pick-Stager Hall per her request. Which was indeed honored despite never getting a thank you note.
No wonder I was NEVER asked to join the board or even act in any sort of advisory capacity or sought my consent, opinion, or approval in where MY family's wealth was being "donated" to. No questions were to be asked.
Apparently Jane Nicholl Sahlins, my mothers' alleged best friend, apparently finally left The Board after all these years? Was I asked to replace her or suggest a suitable replacement?
No, a fellow NorthStar Investment Management employee named Sharon Egan was appointed to the board. I believe she has the office next door to ML-T. I also believe I once asked ML-T to ask the Lady next door to review his work and see if together, they might find a way to get my portfolio to perform better. He scoffed. Asked for the rest of NorthStar's financial wizard's help back in 2020 as documented. Also ignored.
To my knowledge she may have met my mother in passing while at ML-T's office. But that is even unlikely as ML-T showed my mother respect and would bring his paperwork to HER house for review and signatures. Meanwhile, I had waste a day every month to bring my monthly bills to his office EVERY month to be reimbursed (with checks) for my bills when autopay could have easily been set up like my $600 a week (minus all my bills) stipend or my rent payments (which was cut by 33% on my birthday 2022 while I am homeless during hyper-Inflation)
Sharon Egan certainly never KNEW my mother, was friends with her or had her best interest in mind.
No one said anything. Nobody Cared. Nobody thought to reach out to me and say "Hey this is fishy."
So, with that miserable introduction out of the way, you must have wondered why you haven't hear from me since I got the "news" that I had been INTENTIONALLY "Lost" $180,000 in the last six months by the same criminal enterprise that divested The AgB Trust #1 under the guise of following my mothers wishes... not to mention repeatedly plundering by dragging me right into and down during previous crashes and recessions despite begging him to liquidate before hand. This time for 2 years as evidenced repeatedly throughout this website.
I have spent most of this time since our last update working on the Google spreadsheet below. I figured that since I have been systematically refused access to my account or the history of them, I would instead dig into information that was publicly available to both get a better understanding of what happened to my Family's Wealth and answer my IGNORED concerns in regard to mismanagement, misappropriation, misdirection, theft, etc.
What I have ascertained from this exercise is beyond Alarming.
Needless to say, I have been through the entire spectrum of negative emotions.
Extreme and almost overwhelming, anger, rage, betrayal, remorse and sadness.
Unable to find 1991-2001, I still think we get a pretty good idea of where my mother's heart & soul were when she was still in good health.
Unless you are in complete denial or cahoots, you will clearly see when Everything changes.
It happens to be the same year Fo50 was forcibly shut down, my trust was re-written to enslave me for life, Mom got her black eye, my brother stopped talking to me and hasn't since, and my Mothers other best friend at the time, Sally Feder, was removed from both the board and her life. The circumstances of which I have been kept in the dark.
I would be far from surprised to find that there was also a re-write of my mothers will in the same time frame. To be investigated....

Next Question: Was ML-T directly instructed by McB,Md to LIQUIDATE the ENTIRE Barnett Foundation BEFORE his retirement or death or was this originally designed to endure and continue supporting Music Education, Hematology Research, and charitable causes of MY MOTHER's choosing ?? Should her children have been consulted? Given rights of refusal?
Lynn Sage was the mother of two girls I went to high school with.
I think we should all agree that The Barnett Foundation has been run very differently than the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Foundation.
First and foremost, her children were not enslaved and divested by the f
They have and continue to Serve on the boards and have advisory roles.
They attend the ANNUAL Fund Raising Events and Golf Tournaments.
Not Marjorie's children, they were disenfranchised. Cut off and out of everything.
I got the worst of it, I was intentionally enslaved and emotionally/financially tortured.
This was not only the second time he enslaved me targeted me for abuse, it was merely for ever this time around (2007 Trust Re-Write) and then I was Intentionally DIVESTED while my back was turned AFTER Mom died.

I will follow this up with a deeper dive but I wanted to start with an overhead view of the playing field.
That said, I will give a couple of quick examples:
2018/19 $50,000 a year for 6 YEARS to Chicago Shakespeare.
An outfit The Barnett Foundation had NEVER donated a single penny to while my mother was alive. She may have gave personally. But we must assume the she bought her tickets.
Howevcr, Mom would always call Barbara Gaines directly first. Mom even had me call on a couple of occasions on her behalf. I can still recall the feelings of nervousness from that first time..
I personally attended countless performances and events with my mother (Sue or Victoria as well) and in great detail, remember our conversation at the grand opening of the Navy Pier theater; comparing to the stage/room to hat of The Globe in London that Mom made a point of taking us to to while staying at Jane & Bernie's townhouse in Knightsbridge before heading out to Stratford-upon-Avon and Stonehenge on the way.
As you peruse this list, I have highlighted some of the names that I recognize.
Most are people I know. ie. Jane Sahlins ($1,000-$2,499), Tobi & ML-T (a paltry $75-$149)
A few are names I know OF due to their being renown for their VAST wealth. Examples being:
The Crown Family ($10.5B)- Expanded firm into world's largest building materials distributor, merged with General Dynamics in 1959; still has large stake in the firm. Lester inherited fortune after father's death in 1990. Diversified into hotels, sports, technology. Family co-owns Rockefeller Center with Tishman Speyer. Also owns stakes in Chicago Bulls, New York Yankees. Controls Aspen Skiing Company, which owns Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass.
The Pritzker Family ($32.5B)- Hyatt, TicketMaster, The ($6b a year) Marmon Group
The Pritzkers, a powerful Chicago family, spent the 2000s feuding over trusts and eventually divvied up fortune that includes Hyatt hotels.
With his sons, A.N. Pritzker (d. 1986) created Hyatt and invested in industrial conglomerate Marmon Group, now owned by Berkshire Hathaway.

Kovler Family.

There there are also ONLY smaller donations the MASSIVE $100 Billion+ Corporations listed.
AND for some reason The Barnett Foundation is giving Larger donations than ALL of the rest of them? There is something SERIOUSLY wrong here.. Something PERSONAL was clearly gained from these massive donations.
Should we get into JcFs now or should we save it for later?
According to their 990 Form, they take in and spend roughly $36.4 MILLION DOLLARS in donations EVERY YEAR. $19.26m of that goes to their 250 employees. 250?
The also took and had "forgiven" $4million in PPE Loans
Also if you look at the denominations that were distributed to JcFs in comparison to ALL of the other Foundation "Donations". Those are VERY specific numbers that make no sense unless it is a payoff or interest or something else that is VERY sketchy and most likely criminal or fraudulent. Just like the Lake Geneva House sale..
Please note that ML-T has not donated anything to JCFS personally for all these years.
This is a "pledge" to donate "something" after he and his wife are dead and his children get both mine and theirs.

It should also demonstrate that The Barnett Foundation accounts were still being traded While I (AgB Trust#1 & #2 was being DIVESTED. Note that Barnett Foundation stocks were liquidated in 2020. I can not determine whether it was before of after the Covid Crash.
My accounts were handled and completely different fashion. I was INTENTIONALLY forced to lose and suffer. Again...
